Anyone that really knows me knows that I eat cucumbers every day! I'm so proud of myself for growing these this year. The spoon in the picture shows the size and they probably would have grown a bit bigger but I picked early since we're leaving for vacation tomorrow.
I love to eat them plain, but does anyone have any good recipes using cucumbers?

I'll send you a great recipe using cucumbers that you can make it when you get home. That entire patch could be cucumbers next year! Yum.
