Sark

Today I read these words of wisdom...they are on the front of a greeting card I was once sent. The words are by Sark about " being a succulent woman". But I find that this applies to not only being a woman, but a mom, friend, co-worker, sister, daughter, wife and person.

I have quite a few over-loaded friends I'd like to shout this to.

You ARE enough.
You HAVE enough.
You DO enough.

Simple right? But how often do you confidently tell yourself this? A good reminder for myself on days that I am feeling overwelmed.
