It will be our tradition for the boys to write Santa a letter on Christmas Eve and leave out some cookies.
Last year Eli's letter and cookies looked like this:
This year...very similar, but with different words to the big man in red.
I have to admit, the honor of being a parent on Christmas-watching the joy in your child's whole body-is amazing. Such a blessing. Tonight at Church I looked at each child and smiled, knowing that they were trying to control the excitement that was oooooozing because of Santa. Having kids makes holidays even more joyous.

Great tradition....wish I would have started something like this when Simon was younger. I guess it's never too late! Too cute.
