4K to 5K

Last week Eli finished up his year of 4K and after this summer will move to 5K.  Back in my day that just meant completing pre-school and moving on to Kindergarten.  He had a great year.  His last day was NOT as monumental as his first (remember when he wiped out and ended up with scrapes and bruises and lots of blood as he walked in?).

Thanks Aunt Pat for watching Hughie so I could attend Eli's last day picnic for a few hours.  What a fun last day for him.

I don't think Eli changed much but he sure learned a lot.  Next year he will go to school for the full day.  He is really flying the coop.  Eeek.  I'm not going to think about that at all.  For now we are jumping into summer and enjoying all the time together.
